Our design team is committed to meet your requirements and our staff is able to make and install any extra requirement eliminating the need for multiple contractors Our Panel are made of polystyrene which is attached to Chromodek with spread glue on top of chromodek , and we normally use pneumatic tool which are airlines, power drill, pop gun, to pop rivet , jig saw to cut panels in needed shapes such as the ends plus cut out of windows air vents and doors , we also use grinder, rubbish hammer , we also use hydraulic tools like bending and guillotine machine, a unit is not complete without flashings which we cut and bend from those two particular machine and we also use small tools like tin sneeps to cut plus file to file and smoothened the surface sometimes we use electrical tools when building a chase we use grinder and drill press to open the wholes which are weld on u Chanel to build a chasses angles are clamped using a clamp or a bobochine or a v-block to allow welding to run smooth

Aluminium for angles 38by 38 and aluminium inside and outside corners aluminium windows putting too a floor we need an angle channel 12m thick put together into needed shape floor boards painted on the side to avoid it from getting routing plus we use timber as button we put vynel on top if we build unit we use galvanizes floor and cover galvanized corners and on top we put chromodek corners ,top hart made of chromodek but cut from the guillotine in to shape needed and bund into required shape in the event of specialized jobs required machine and equipment can be hired on need bases
